Project Background
The customer is an automotive components manufacturer specializing in motor assembly lines.
Before assembly, the motor shafts need to be fed and sorted in a stable and consistent manner to ensure smooth operation of the entire production line.
Customer Requirements
Shaft length approx. 130 mm, slim structure
Oily surface, prone to slipping and stacking
Stable and continuous feeding into the motor assembly line
Smooth integration with existing automation equipment
Our Solution
For this application, we designed a customized vibratory feeding and sorting solution to ensure orderly feeding of shaft-type components before they enter the assembly station.
The solution focused on:
A feeding approach suitable for long and slim shaft components
Improved operational stability when handling oily parts
Smooth integration with the motor assembly production line
The system enables continuous and stable automatic feeding without the need for additional manual intervention.
In addition, a positioning adjustment handwheel was integrated into the equipment.
This feature allows quick and precise position adjustment during setup and fine-tuning, ensuring proper alignment of the shaft components and improving overall feeding stability and flexibility when adapting to different production requirements.

Results
The vibratory feeding system has been successfully implemented on the customer’s motor assembly line, significantly improving feeding stability and overall line efficiency.
Application
Automotive motor shaft feeding
Long and slim metal components
Suitable for oily or low-friction parts
