The frequency of the vibration motor will also be regulated. When conveying thin sponge, the vibration frequency will be lowered, and the slow vibration will make the sponge move slowly; when conveying thick sponge, the frequency will increase, but the amplitude should be controlled within 2 mm. Do not produce violent shaking to deform the sponge. There is a customer who produces cleansing sponges. When conveying with ordinary equipment, 30% of the edges of the sponge will be deformed by vibration. We installed pressure strips on both sides of the automatic sponge vibratory bowl feeder track. Different types of sponges have different vibration amplitude requirements. For sponges like cotton pads, 0.1 mm depressions may affect product quality. It is recommended to install a detection probe on the bowl feeder vibrating conveyor track, and the deformed sponge will be automatically removed once it is found; the buffer sponge used for packaging has slightly lower shape requirements, which can simplify the detection device and retain the basic anti-deformation design.
